Texting & Driving
« on: May 14, 2018, 04:52:09 PM »
Glad there is a new law. Today I was following a car for about five miles that was all over the road and off the road. At first I suspected a drunk but when I pulled up next to the vehicle at a intersection I noticed the driver had a cigarette in the left hand and texting with the right hand.

What a Idiot.

Those who text and drive today will continue to text after 1 July. Stupid today means stupid tomorrow too.

It is already illegal to text or email while driving.  After July 1, we will be prohibited form holding the phone or putting it on out lap.  All calls must be made with blue tooth or by speaker-phone.  I don't like to make calls while driving anyway, but sometimes the boss (wife) calls!
